4. Update action plan

On a regular basis, taking into account the action deadlines, it is advisable to review progress with each of the players responsible for the actions, in order to update the action plan:

• difficulties encountered (in terms of resources, technique, etc.) ;

• meeting deadlines ;

• need to complete the action plan with new actions;

• actions to be settled.

Each time the plan is updated, the revision date is changed and the action plan is reissued.
