6. Closing actions

Completion of the action includes a report on its implementation, as well as verification of its effectiveness, i.e. that the expected effect and results have been achieved.

When this is the case, the action can be closed and appear in this status when the action plan is updated, before being removed from the plan the next time it is updated.

When an action proves to be ineffective, even partially, a new action should be considered.
