5. Relaunching the players
Often, the quality manager or quality coordinator is required to follow up with those responsible for the actions, to remind them of the deadlines.
Whenever an action deadline is exceeded, a new deadline must be negotiated with the person responsible for the action, taking into account any external requirements and internal objectives.
In the event of successive postponements, it is advisable to review the relevance of the action with the people behind the decision. When an essential action is postponed several times, it may be useful to involve the hierarchy to move the situation forward.
