7.1 Keep us informed

Establish a regular rhythm for updating and distributing the action plans you monitor. Your colleagues will get used to it, and will be grateful to you for reminding them of what needs to be done.

7.2 Vary your means of communication

Use several means of communication and action plan follow-up (e-mail, telephone, face-to-face...). A message may have been forgotten, a phone call may have come at the wrong time... It's therefore preferable to vary the means of transmitting...
