4. Define the tools and resources to be put in place
There are many tools and resources to implement, and they must be adapted to your organization.
4.1 The idea box
The first tool that comes to mind is the "suggestion box". Traditionally, this takes the form of a box, like a letterbox, into which any member of staff can slip a piece of paper detailing a suggestion. You can also create an electronic "suggestion box", with a dedicated e-mail address (for example: [email protected]). You could also consider a computer application for recording suggestions (a form linked to a database, for example), accessible over the network via your organization's intranet or extranet.
