9. Mistakes to avoid

9.1 Don't ignore unsolicited proposals

The principle of suggestions must remain open. If you set up a system that is too formalized, framed and rigid, you deprive yourself of spontaneous ideas. What's more, some people are not comfortable with formalization, and the framework will be a brake on their contribution. You need to be able to collect suggestions through a variety of channels.
