5. Help formulate a suggestion

A staff suggestion cannot be limited to the formulation of a sentence, although this can be the starting point. You'll need to focus the wording on context and purpose.

You should frame the formulation of a suggestion using a form, table or guide, so as to gather sufficiently precise information to evaluate the suggestions. Make sure that the form or table is not too complex to complete. Alternatively, you can divide the framing of suggestions into two phases:

  • an initial macroscopic description ;

  • then, if the idea is shortlisted, a more detailed description.
