6. Define how employee suggestions are handled

Next, you'll need to set up a fast, efficient handling process. Staff have high expectations when it comes to their suggestions:

  • Are they being heard?

  • Are they taken into account?

  • Are they deployed?

Regular staff contributions depend on this speed.

You will define the various processing stages:

  • Acceptability: Do you have enough information to qualify the suggestion?

  • Feasibility: How can the suggestion be implemented? At what cost? How quickly? What is the expected benefit?

  • Planning: When can the suggestion be implemented? Is implementation simple or complex?
