2. What are the input data for skills measurement?

These are :

  • group job titles by profession (family or field, depending on the organization's terminology), based on all the tasks and/or activities described in the processes (or job definitions (see Drafting job or function definitions [FIC 0339] );

  • associate the first and last names of the incumbents with each function (along with the number of years' experience in the function, if applicable).

This information forms the lines of the matrix, as illustrated in the figure "Functions and their holders".
