Supporting change
Some authors refer to change management. We prefer the term "accompaniment", which emphasizes that effective and efficient implementation of change can only be achieved with the cooperation of all stakeholders.
Stakeholders in change
A stakeholder is an individual or collective actor, actively or passively concerned by a change, i.e. whose interests may be positively or negatively affected by the implementation of the change.
