1. Involving and involving stakeholders

Successful change depends on the participation and involvement of stakeholders:

  • firstly, during the project implementation phase, in particular to contribute to the detailed definition and implementation of ;

  • then in the operational phase, to appropriate the changes introduced in methods and tools so as to use them effectively. This effectiveness depends, to a large extent, on all the knowledge that has been injected during the detailed definition, implementation, training and preparation of stakeholders. Change is never achieved against the opinion of the majority of stakeholders.

All or part of the detailed definition can only be carried out once the realization phase has begun.
