6. Create different planning formats

6.1 Perform extractions relevant to the project

In order to reserve the appropriate fields within the tool, it is necessary to know which extractions are to be produced, such as extractions to an Excel file to create physical progress curves, time/time curves, or an S-curve which will enable you to visualize, as a function of time, in a superimposed way, the progress of the project in % with the accumulation of the baseline tasks, those committed and the projection at the end of the project.

If, for example, we want to export milestones to Excel to produce a time/time curve, we'll need to reserve a column (i.e. a field) to specify whether or not the line in question is a time/time milestone.
