8.1 Take the time to think about the expected output data

This stage is sometimes cut short by planners who think they have time to format the schedule after the fact. While this may be conceivable for the formatting of interface milestones or links between tasks, for example, an error in the structuring of data within a collaborative tool can prove catastrophic throughout the project, necessitating costly rescheduling further down the line.
