3. Select project representations

Unlike the task organization chart (TO), where you have to make a choice of breakdowns (geographical breakdown, by major business families, etc.), the schedule must allow you to have all the visions, including the integration of project milestones and deliverables.

The breakdown within the database is based on the task organization chart. So, if the TO is broken down geographically, the database will be structured in the same way. On the other hand, the schedule must be able to represent a geographical breakdown, as well as a breakdown by major business families.

It should therefore also mention the milestones and deliverables of the schedule linked to the various tasks, including the elements corresponding to the payment schedule.
