Group creativity follows a three-phase process:
impregnation: because you can't start from scratch, you need to formulate your objective precisely (how much creativity is based on poorly formulated subjects!), understand the context, and identify and appropriate the most relevant working themes (see How to formulate a problem in such a way as to stimulate creativity?
