You'll mobilize the resources at your disposal by "hypercontextualizing" your watch and fine-tuning your priorities. These resources can be professionals, business experts, tools, logistics...
You have also qualified the watch axes, which means that :

You will then work out detailed research plans.
To do this, you need to identify the experts who can be mobilized in the various parts of your organization.
You need to make sure that the experts are involved, and therefore that this is an official activity for them, i.e. that they can officially commit (for a period defined according to the issues and objectives) to the monitoring process concerned....
