5. Mobilize available resources

You'll mobilize the resources at your disposal by "hypercontextualizing" your watch and fine-tuning your priorities. These resources can be professionals, business experts, tools, logistics...

You have also qualified the watch axes, which means that :

  • You've prepared a list of the axes selected the day before.

  • You will then work out detailed research plans.

  • To do this, you need to identify the experts who can be mobilized in the various parts of your organization.
