6. Set up a thematic steering committee and launch the process

For each watch axis, you will set up a steering committee whose mission will be to drive the process and produce the watch for each theme. Set priorities (criteria to be defined, see SWOT) and launch the first steering committee.

Invite the selected and willing players/contributors to a kick-off meeting (first steering committee).

6.1 First meeting of experts

Thank the participants, and don't hesitate to share everyone's raison d'être with the group. The quality (added value, relevance, reliability) and effectiveness of the monitoring process, and of the results that will be produced, depend on the complementary nature of the expertise involved, and on the cross-fertilization of the information selected.
