The aim is to map out your value proposition for all stakeholders.
The recommended duration of the exercise is two to three hours.
Once you've defined your value proposition, the Value Mapping Tool suggests mapping this proposition according to the three different types of value mentioned in the "What are the Value Mapping Tool's objectives and approach?" step: value captured by players, value destroyed and, finally, value forgotten.
