6. Capitalize on your results
The aim of this stage is to capitalize on the results obtained during the previous stages in order to plan the next stage of the eco-innovation process.
The recommended duration of the exercise is one to two hours.
At the end of the "Identify and map the values created, forgotten and destroyed for each stakeholder" step, new value propositions (or extensions) have been identified. These may correspond to new eco-innovative concepts, or extensions of the current business model.
To capitalize on these results, we recommend that you draw up an analysis grid that takes up the different concepts generated during the process, and describes them through the various approaches studied during the successive stages. This analysis grid can then be presented to decision-makers and used as a starting point for new work sessions....
