5. Generate new solutions by exploring new opportunities for value creation
The aim of this stage is to innovate your project (or mature your concept) by exploring new opportunities to create value for your stakeholders.
The recommended duration of the exercise is two to three hours.
This stage consists of a creative session. To do this, you must seek to "reverse" the negative aspects of your project/concept, and in particular the values that have been destroyed or forgotten, and turn them into positive aspects.
During this stage, the role of the moderator is essential in animating and re-launching the discussion.
To facilitate this stage, you can address three key points:
For each actor, list the values destroyed. Why is this value being destroyed? Is it in conflict with other stakeholders? How can you reverse this...
