6. Preparing an appendix or evidence pack

Sometimes your pitch doesn't leave enough room to show all the evidence. That's why it can be a good idea to prepare a "proof pack" or appendix to distribute or send afterwards. This additional support enriches the pitch without weighing it down live.

6.1 What form can a proof pack take?

The pack can be presented as :

  • a structured PDF appendix (1 to 4 pages);

  • a shared folder with technical and visual documents;

  • a private landing page with case studies and key figures;

  • an additional PowerPoint file (backup slides).
